Yoga classes in North Wales

Yoga has become an amazing feature in most of the wellness practices all across there UK. The benefits of Yoga are profound, and if used correctly and consistently, and will improve so many facets of your health such as stiffness, flexibility, mental health and overall wellbeing in the body and mind. Yoga should be the backbone of your fitness regime, at least one day a week, to give a little back to your body. If like myself, you can be sitting at a desk, driving or doing a lot of training, its paramount that you stretch your body and make sure the energy is flowing through it correctly. Sitting is really not that good for us, movement is.

So there are various types of yoga available in north Wales all year round, from Yoga for Pregnancy, yoga retreats in north Wales, Dru Yoga, SUP yoga,  Prana Yoga and all sorts of other styles.
